VINAEURO began with advisers who had spent years working on both sides of the Netherlands Vietnam corridor, helping Dutch businesses understand Vietnamese regulation and culture, and helping Vietnamese partners access European capital, standards and networks. What we kept seeing was a gap: good ideas stalling not because they lacked merit, but because they lacked the right local guide.
